What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products. Ship the item back to us postdated no
later then 30 days from receipt and we'll refund your money minus shipping. If there is a default
with the item, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge upon receiving the item.

Is there a Warranty on your products?  
All of our refurbished & new items carry a warranty for 1-year. Just return the item to us with the
sales receipt and we will replace it for free.

Do you have shipping options? How long until I get my order?     
We ship via Fedex & UPS. You can select the speed and price of shipping you desire. Most items
ship between 2-3 Business days after ordering. We will email you a confirmation of its shipment as
well as a tracking number.

What is Refurbished & Used? How do they differ from New?  
Used items have all had light use. They are in full working condition before being shipped. There
will be some wear and tear on the items. They are not covered by the 1-year warranty but are
eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee.

Refurbished means we have taken a used item and restored it to be like new condition but with a
much cheaper price tag. These are all covered by a 1-year warranty and well as our standard
30-day money back guarantee.

Do you buy used equipment?

Do you provide Technical Support?          
At this time we do not provide technical support. We suggest you visit the web-site of the
